Instacart Business launched in 2023 and streamlines business orders through fast deliveries of groceries and supplies. The goal of this document is to outline a feature Instacart can prioritize in order to grow its Instacart Business customers.

Pacagen is a biotech startup known for their solutions to combatting pet allergies. I pitched a new product, AllerLotion, to help them acquire new users and increase incremental revenue done through scientific research, design thinking, and business strategy.

Designed and developed the Resources Library landing page, guided by user behavior analysis, wireframing, and front end tools. This included implementing scalable features on responsive webpages to improve user traffic and flow.

Through a month-long workshop with the Samsung Design team, we analyzed the use cases of the Galaxy Ring, ideated improvements, and proposed product features to the EVP of the Ring, focusing on expanding Gestures.

Pitched solutions & strategy to help Ushur differentiate itself in the market and drive faster acquisition of enterprise customers for its Medicaid Redetermination service.

Prototyped a new accessibility checking feature on Word, guided by user interviews and testing. Translated the prototype into a technical product requirements document for engineers.

Redesigned the landing page of their CyberKnife service through comprehensive user interviews, user flows, and mockups to increase conversion to usage of the service.
